Rub Your Belly Fat Away!!!!

The three main issues that cause an enlarged stomach are

1) Bowel blockage

2) Stomach Fat

3) Sagging or loose skin

To deal with these issues there is a 4 step belly rub process….

What you will need

An area where you can lie comfortably on your back.

Eucalyptus Essential oil

Carrier oil (sweet almond)

Step 1

To rub belly fat away, lay down on your back on a comfortable surface. Using the above massage oil, grab the skin of your belly between your thumbs and the first two joints of your fingers. Start horizontally at the lower part of your abdomen, just above the thighs and the top of the groin. Roll these folds of skin between your fingers. Work from the bottom of the groin to under the rib cage. Work your entire abdomen area, into your waist and around the sides of your stomach. Next repeat the process but vertically across your abdomen.

This massage is loosening the layer of stomach fat that is preventing you from having a flat stomach. You may feel sore the next day.

Step 2

The massage therapy technique will work on getting stagnant bowels moving again. Using more oil, take the palm of your right hand and place it just above your groin area. Very firmly move it up then around and down to the left side of your groin. Do this massage for a few minutes.

Step 3

Massage your belly with the tips of your fingers, starting at the bottom of your abdomen working your way to the rib cage. For this massage you must press firmly as you move your fingers upwards. Your liver benefits from this type of massage. Finally, place your fingertips about an inch away from your belly button and press down firmly, whilst moving your fingers vertically up and down. Do this for around 30 seconds.

Step 4

The final step is to brush your entire stomach with a dry skin brush. Brush in an upward motion. If you wish to you can now wrap your mid section with a saran wrap and leave it in place while you go to sleep.

Healthy eating and exercise play a large role in losing belly fat. Drinking plenty of water and eating fresh produce every day also aid in weight loss. Aim to walk at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 20 minutes.
